If you are looking for something cheap, this console definitely would not be for you. Hangs down from mounting surface only 3.25 inches. As far as we know this is the slimiest full size overhead console in the industry. Does not interfere with vision or headroom. NO MORE head bumping getting in or out or knocking your brains out when you hit a bump or pot hole. Does not look like a Log Truck, School Bus or 18 Wheeler hanging above your head. Will fit any vehicle with a plastic or metal roof which has an available unobstructed overhead space of 24.5 inches wide (side to side) and 11 inches deep (front to back) Drop down from mounting surface only 3.25 inches. If you don't have a roof we manufacture optional roll cage or bar mounting and clamps kits. Console has a one inch wide 1/4 inch thick mounting flange that runs 360 degrees around the perimeter of the housing.

This gives you the unlimited option of choosing your own mounting locations no matter what type roof you have. Mounting hardware included for most single and double thickness roofs. DESIGNED TO BOLT DIRECTLY TO THE ROOF OF MOST ALL makes and models of UTVs, Golf Carts, Tractors, Heavy Equipment, Skidsteers, Trucks, and boats. See space and size requirements above.

We had one fella mount his on his riding lawn mower. Some roofs and applications may require easily available optional hardware. Console is strong and rigid. So Strong it will support itself out in the middle even when mounted by the ends.

Roof need not be flat. Domed and Curved roofs no problem.

Console has a built on FACTORY SEALED TOP. Water cannot enter top of console when mounted to ribbed, curved or domed roofs. Not a flimsy 2 or 3 part housing that will twist, flex, shake, leak, squeak, rattle, split, warp, crack or fall apart. If you don't believe this housing is waterproof, soak it overnight in a 5 gallon bucket or take it down to the creek and leave it overnight. Can even withstand a pressure washer. Made of one of the most durable materials ever invented. Not made of cheap poly like ground up milk jugs. Made of ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene).

(Some car and truck bumpers are made of ABS). Black diamond velvet grain finish. (Occasionally we have these available in white and other colors for optional charge). Comes with basic mounting hardware for most double and single thickness roofs, Radio Trim Ring, and waterproof wire entry gland. These consoles look great and perform great.

Absolutely nothing in the industry finer. Simply install your own electronics and you are ready to ROCK and ROLL.

Radio hole size is (180 x 50 MM =approx 2" x 7") Fits all standard single din size cage mounted radios. Will not fit double tall double din radios. SPEAKERS HOLES are Precut 5 inches each.

5 inch speaker holes are the most popular size to fit most 6.5 speakers. Some 6.5 inch speakers require slightly larger than 5 inch holes.

We have consoles to fit all applications and all 6.5 inch speakers. Holes can easily be enlarged if needed. If you requires larger holes, the holes can easily be enlarged with a file, Dremel. Rotary sander on a drill, or saw. ABS cuts, sands and files much like wood.

TRIED AND PROVEN QUALITY AND RELIABILITY. THIS IS THE SAME CONSOLE HOUSING WE USE IN MANY OF OUR COMPLETED ASSEMBLIES. Some plastic frame speakers may require oversize holes and sometimes even over size console housings. We can tell you for sure if it fits. If they do not fit we will have a housing that will fit. WE ARE SAYING IT AGAIN. This may be the most important thing in this listing External Housing Dimensions Approx 24.5 inches long, wide, (side to side) 11 inches deep (front to rear).

Deep enough for most (but not all) 6.5 and 5.25 inch speakers. Radio Hole Mounting Depth (front to back) inside radio hole to rear of housing..... Deep enough for all media players and CD players. Top SIDE Speaker grille mounting surface area......... 7.5 x 7.5 inches.

If your speaker grille is larger than 7.5 inches in diameter your speaker grille may not fit this housing. You will need a slightly larger housing. We will have the one you need.
