Why do I have an extra front set?? When an order is placed for Advanced EV, Vivid EV, or Icon [I20, I40, I60] it is fulfilled a little differently depending on the color you ordered. When one of our Non-EV colors is ordered we have to send an extra front set to accommodate the larger backrest.

When receiving 2 fronts you will take the backrest from the extra front set and the rear bottom from the rear set and create a new rear set. Discard or keep the extra pieces. STAPLE -ON SEAT COVER SET.

Remove the seat from the cart. Center new seat cover over old, pulling corners evenly. Snug up seat cover and temporarily tack or staple into place.

Check for proper fit before proceeding, making adjustments as necessary. Remove back cap if it has one. With the back cover properly fitted, temporarily staple along the bottom of back rest.

Pull fabric until it conforms to this dipped area and staple into place. More cuts may be needed. Be careful not to rip the fabric at buts when pulling. APPLY SAME DIRECTIONS TO REAR SET.
